Hello, all my raw friends, from Paul Nison, and welcome to my December newsletter.
こんにちは親愛なる生食ともだちへ、Paul Nisonです。12月の通信へようこそ。

I'm very excited because this December I have twenty speaking dates all over the Untied States. Please see the list of venues below. I'll be giving many free talks and raw food demos. I plan to reach many people with my message just to help open their minds so they can understand and believe there is an answer to being healthy other than doctors, drugs and disease.
Also, this month is so special because of the holidays. Now they mean more to me than ever before. Last year, I spent Christmas with raw friends I've met over the years who have become like a family to me. I've worked very hard this past year spending so much time alone, often driving through the middle of the night to get to my next event. Everyone I meet tells me how lucky I am and what a great job I have, but they don't see the parts when everyone else is sleeping, and I'm still up working. I do feel very blessed to be doing what I do. It's all worthwhile. More and more people are thanking me for having an impact that has changed their lives. That's what keeps me going. Thank you all.

また、今月はとても特別です。なぜなら祝祭日があるから。現在これらは私にとって今まで以上により意味があります。昨年、私はクリスマスを長年にわたり連絡を取り合い家族のようになったロー･フレンドと過しました。今年私はとてもよく働き、多くの時間を一人で過しました。次のイベントに行くため、しばしば真夜中に車で移動しました。私が出会う人は皆、なんて幸運なんでしょう、とても素敵な事だと私に言う。しかし彼らは他の皆が眠っていて私はやはり働いていることに気づかない。自分がしていることに非常に幸せを感じる。最高の価値がある。ますます人々は、彼らの人生を変えた衝撃を持つ私にありがとうと言っている。これが私を続けさせる。皆さんありがとう。

This holiday season I'm looking forward to spending time with my friends and new families I've met this past year. It should be a great holiday season for all of us, and the best is the many wonderful things that are going to happen in 2004. I have no doubt that this is going to be the biggest year of my life, and anyone who knows me is going to be part of it. I always say you become like the people you surround yourself with, so be around me next year as much as possible. The great things that are going to happen are contagious.

Dear Raw Christians,
Please support our first retreat. I've looked all over the country for a place to hold the first Raw Christians Health Retreat. Many people are asking me when I'm going to hold it in their city. Please consider coming to beautiful Michigan and being part of the first of what I hope will be many. We'll need your support to make this happen and keep it going. It's my dream that I can hold an event like this in every city, but for now, this is it.
We have received so much support from people wanting to volunteer. Thank you all so much. At this time, the best way you can support us is to sign up and come to the retreat. It will be well worth it.
Date: The weekend of June, 12th, 13th, and 14th, 2004.
Cost: $199.00 per person when signed up before March 15, group rates would be lower. $150.00 for local residents, or people not camping on the land.

1 hour from Grand Rapids
Speakers: Paul Nison & Dr. Fred Bisci, more speakers might be there but this event is about meeting and spending time with other health minded Christians. Paul and Fred will be on hand all weekend to answer questions about health and the raw diet.
Included in price: raw food meals, food demos, worship, fellowship and fun.
Lodging: This will be a camping event. Tent sites will be included in the price. For people not wanting to camp, there are nearby hotels.
We should have more details in a few weeks. Even if you don't live in
Michigan, please consider coming to this event. It will be worth the trip, and we need your support. It would be great to have people come from all over the country.

As the holiday season is here, I would like to remind everyone to stay strong. Don't give up all your hard work on eating healthy all year and blow it all away in one day. However, don't be deprived of enjoying yourself this holiday season. If you do eat cooked food, or any type of food for that matter, just be careful not to overindulge. Also, please remember the real meaning of these holidays. It is not just to eat, but to celebrate and remember. It's not just now during the holidays that we should love everyone and treat everyone in the holiday spirit. We should do that every day of our lives. I've written twelve newsletters this year. Now, I find it fit to leave you with the excellent guide for being healthy and happy not just some of the time, but all of the time:
1. You shall have no other gods before me.
2. You shall not make for yourself an idol.
3. You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God.
4. Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
5. Honor your father and your mother.
6. You shall not murder
7. You shall not commit adultery
8. You shall not steal.
9. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
10.You shall not covet.

今、ホリデーシーズンなので、皆に丈夫でいてもらいたい。1年間の健康的な食事の努力を断念するな。そして1日それから離れるへまをするな。しかしこの休暇中楽しみなさい。もし調理加工された食事やそういった種類の食事をすることになったら、夢中になり過ぎないように注意しなさい。また、この休暇の本当の意味を思い出してください。まさに食べるためではなく、祝うのを忘れないでいるため。今は休暇中ではないけれども、その間人々はみなを愛しもてなす。私たちは毎日の生活でそうするべき。今年会報を12回書いた。今、時々そうではないが、常に健康で幸せであるための素敵なガイドから卒業する時期かと思う。
