Hello, all my raw friends, from Paul Nison, and welcome to my November newsletter.

I will be going back on my book tour this month. Please see below the places I will be speaking at. I hope to meet as many people as possible while I am on the road. I will be giving many free talks and raw food demos. I plan to reach many people with my message and to just help people open up their minds so they can understand and believe that there is another answer other than doctors, drugs and disease. Also plans are moving ahead for the Raw Christians retreat next June in Michigan. It is going a great event for all who come. For the low price and all you would get, you’d be missing a great opportunity if you missed that event. Paul Nison is putting together a Christian health retreat for June of 2004.
Here are all the lasted details. We have received so much support of people wanting to volunteer. Thank you all so much. At this time, the best way you can support us is to sign up and come to the retreat. It will be well worth it.
Date: One weekend in June, 12th, 13th, and 14th 2004

I have cured myself of Inflammatory Bowel Disease also know as Ulcerative Colitis or Chron’s Disease. As I travel the world I meet many people who are sick will all type of so called incurable diseases. My heart goes out to all of them, but especially people with IBD. I know how it feels to be sick. I’ve experienced it first hand. Many people knowing my story ask me what can they do to get better. I really wish I could answer them in one phone call or one email but it is not that easy. However it is not that hard either. The first thing one person must do is HAVE FAITH. I don’t care how well you eat if you don’t have faith in what you are doing it won’t work, and if it does work it won’t last. Having faith is easy once you understand. Most people do things that sound good but don’t understand what they are doing. How do you began to understand. Read and study and pray for answers. To help people who are sick with IBD and any other disease I am in the process of finishing up a book about Inflammatory Bowel Disease. After this book I think many people will understand something they never understood before about health and disease and most important about faith. I am working hard to get this book out as soon as possible but if you come to one of my many lectures I will tell you how to DO IT!!! You can get better from all your sickness. ALL OF IT. I will explain to you how and make you understand it more clearly. In Nov, December and January I plan on speaking in a different city almost every night. I am a raw food chef and I will explain to people how to make great tasting easy raw food recipes while explaining why it is so important to eat this way. Just go to my website www.rawlife.com and on my lecture page you can see when I will be speaking in your city. Hang in there, have faith and read, read, read and you will get better.

My good friend and 40 year raw fooder Dr. Fred Bisci has been in such demand he has finally found a way for people to get in touch with him easily. Though his new website doctor Bisci is now taking appointments. Over the years Dr. Bisci has probably helped more people with healing disease with the raw food diet than anyone else alive. Dr. Bisci has a degree in nutrition and has been on many Television and radio shows around the world. He wrote the forward for my book Raw Knowledge and he has an interview in my book The Raw Life.

Yoga Teacher Training in South Florida this Winter
Last year, I took a yoga teacher training course in West Palm Beach, Florida. At the time I started, I had only taken a few classes and wasn’t too flexible. When the course ended, I felt better than ever, and I could do advanced poses. The main reason for my progress in such a short time was the yoga teacher Bharata. He is one of the best yoga teachers in the world. He is also a raw fooder. I suggest everyone consider taking his course. If any of you come down to do the course, I will be there often this winter. You will get to learn yoga and learn about the raw diet at the same time. There are raw potlucks every Sunday night at the yoga studio.
